Oxalis triangularis, commonly called false shamrock, is a species of a perennial plant in the family Oxalidaceae. It is native to several countries in southern south America. This woodsorrel is typically grown as a houseplant but can be grown outside.

note* plants occasionally go dormant in summer , every 2-7 years when grown inside. Let them go dormant and then when the plants have completely died back, move the pot to a dark and cool room. Do not water until spring.
